High Protein Soybean Besan Chila

Ingredients
- 1 cup Soybean
- 1 cup Besan
- to taste null Salt
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, soak the soybeans in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain and grind the soybeans into a fine paste using a blender or food processor.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the besan, salt, and a pinch of water to make a smooth batter.
- Add the ground soybean paste to the besan batter and mix well.
- Gradually add the remaining water to the batter and mix until a smooth, thick consistency is achieved.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Once the oil is hot, pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and spread it evenly to form a circular shape.
- Cook the chila for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the chila over and cook for another 2 minutes or until the other side is also golden brown.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more chilas.
- Serve the high protein soybean besan chilas hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
