Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 8 7/10 oz Egg Whites
  • Cinnamon Powder
  • 6 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • Fairlife Fat-Free Milk

Instructions

  1. Begin by toasting 4 slices of bread until they are lightly browned.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together 246g of egg whites and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder until well combined.
  3. Dunk each slice of toasted bread into the egg mixture, using a fork to gently press the bread into the eggs and ensure they are fully coated.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat and add the egg-coated bread slices.
  5. Cook the French toast for approximately 5 minutes on the first side, or until the eggs start to set.
  6. Flip the French toast over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the other side is lightly browned.
  7. While the French toast is cooking, prepare a glass of Fairlife Fat-Free Milk to serve on the side.
  8. Once the French toast is cooked, place it on a plate and cut it into smaller pieces.
  9. Drizzle 6 tablespoons of Sugar-Free Maple Syrup over the top of the French toast.
