Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread
- 8 7/10 oz Egg Whites
- Cinnamon Powder
- 6 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- Fairlife Fat-Free Milk
Instructions
- Begin by toasting 4 slices of bread until they are lightly browned.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 246g of egg whites and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder until well combined.
- Dunk each slice of toasted bread into the egg mixture, using a fork to gently press the bread into the eggs and ensure they are fully coated.
- Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat and add the egg-coated bread slices.
- Cook the French toast for approximately 5 minutes on the first side, or until the eggs start to set.
- Flip the French toast over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the other side is lightly browned.
- While the French toast is cooking, prepare a glass of Fairlife Fat-Free Milk to serve on the side.
- Once the French toast is cooked, place it on a plate and cut it into smaller pieces.
- Drizzle 6 tablespoons of Sugar-Free Maple Syrup over the top of the French toast.
