Method

  1. 1

Press the ball of ground beef onto a tortilla, flattening it with a torch or a heavy pan to form a patty on the tortilla.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Beef is spread in a thin layer across the tortilla. Press evenly so the beef cooks at a similar rate.

  2. 2

Season the patty generously with taco seasoning.

  3. 3

Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the patty in the pan, cooking until the first side is browned.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: First side is browned.

  4. 4

Flip the patty and cook the other side until browned and cooked through.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Beef is browned on both sides and cooked through.

  5. 5

Remove the patty from the pan and top with shredded cheese, letting it melt slightly.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Cheese begins to soften.

  6. 6

Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top of the cheese.

  7. 7

Drizzle zero‑cal Taco Bell sauce over the assembled taco snack.

  8. 8

    Eat the assembled taco.
