Delicious Russian-Style Panna Cotta with Raspberry

Ingredients
- 2 3/5 lb chicken
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 lb sugar
- 0.34 cup raspberry
- 9 oz sour cream
- 1 1/10 qt vanilla
Instructions
- Heat 350ml of milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add 680g of sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add 80ml of raspberry and 255g of sour cream. Mix well until combined.
- Add 1 liter of vanilla and mix well.
- Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional raspberries if desired.
