Ingredients

  • 2 3/5 lb chicken
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 lb sugar
  • 0.34 cup raspberry
  • 9 oz sour cream
  • 1 1/10 qt vanilla

Instructions

  1. Heat 350ml of milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add 680g of sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add 80ml of raspberry and 255g of sour cream. Mix well until combined.
  4. Add 1 liter of vanilla and mix well.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled, garnished with additional raspberries if desired.
