Ingredients
- 6 3/10 oz all-purpose flour
- 1 active dry yeast
- 2 4/5 oz granulated sugar
- 1 plain yogurt
- 3 large eggs
- 5 cl neutral oil
- 3 1/2 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Prepare the mini-cupcake molds by lightly greasing them with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, and oil until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips to distribute them evenly throughout the batter.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared mini-cupcake molds, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
- Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the molds for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the cupcakes to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once the cupcakes are completely cool, they are ready to serve and enjoy.
