- 3Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium‑high heat.
- 4Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- 5Add the thinly sliced chicken breast to the wok and stir‑fry for 3–4 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink.
