Method

  1. 1

Dissolve 2 tsp instant coffee in 30 ml hot water, stir, and let the mixture cool completely.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Coffee mixture is clear and no granules remain. Let it cool fully before mixing it into the skyr.

  2. 2

Whip the 400 g skyr together with 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tbsp honey for about 30 seconds until smooth and silky.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Skyr looks smooth and silky.

  3. 3

Transfer roughly one‑third of the whipped skyr to a separate bowl and blend in the cooled coffee mixture to create the coffee‑flavored layer.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: The coffee portion is evenly coloured.

  4. 4

Divide the coffee layer between two small glasses, then top each with the remaining plain whipped skyr. Gently tap the glasses to level the layers.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: The two layers sit level in the glasses. Tap gently to settle the layers.

  5. 5

Refrigerate the glasses for 20 minutes. Before serving, sift cocoa powder over the tops and sprinkle the crumbled Biscoff biscuits on top.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: The pots are chilled and topped just before serving. Sift the cocoa evenly over the surface.
