My Version of Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 macaroni
  • 4 oz gruyere
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar
  • 16 oz mild cheddar
  • 16 oz colby jack
  • 8 oz mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the gruyere, sharp cheddar, mild cheddar, colby jack, and mozzarella cheese over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Combine the cooked macaroni and cheese sauce, and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the macaroni and cheese to a baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the macaroni and cheese is heated through.
