My Version of Mac and Cheese
A comforting macaroni and cheese recipe with a blend of five cheeses.

Ingredients
- 1 macaroni
- 4 oz gruyere
- 8 oz sharp cheddar
- 16 oz mild cheddar
- 16 oz colby jack
- 8 oz mozzarella
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a large saucepan, melt the gruyere, sharp cheddar, mild cheddar, colby jack, and mozzarella cheese over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Combine the cooked macaroni and cheese sauce, and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the macaroni and cheese to a baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the macaroni and cheese is heated through.
