Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

A creamy and delicious hot spinach and artichoke dip, perfect for game day parties or any gathering. Made with artichoke hearts, spinach, and a blend of cheeses, this dip is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 0.5 medium yellow onion
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 0.33 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat your crockpot to the low setting.
  2. Finely dice the yellow onion and add it to the crockpot.
  3. Open and drain the can of artichoke hearts, then chop them and add to the crockpot.
  4. Add the sour cream, cream cheese, and mayo to the crockpot. Mix until well combined.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese to the crockpot. Mix until smooth.
  6. Add the frozen spinach to the crockpot. Mix until the spinach is fully incorporated.
  7. Cook the dip on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
  8. After 2 hours, stir in the remaining 0.5 cup of mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
  9. Serve the dip hot with pita chips, bagel chips, pretzels, and/or veggies.
  10. Enjoy your delicious hot spinach and artichoke dip!
