Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip
A creamy and delicious hot spinach and artichoke dip, perfect for game day parties or any gathering. Made with artichoke hearts, spinach, and a blend of cheeses, this dip is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
- 0.5 medium yellow onion
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 0.33 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz spinach
Instructions
- Preheat your crockpot to the low setting.
- Finely dice the yellow onion and add it to the crockpot.
- Open and drain the can of artichoke hearts, then chop them and add to the crockpot.
- Add the sour cream, cream cheese, and mayo to the crockpot. Mix until well combined.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese to the crockpot. Mix until smooth.
- Add the frozen spinach to the crockpot. Mix until the spinach is fully incorporated.
- Cook the dip on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
- After 2 hours, stir in the remaining 0.5 cup of mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve the dip hot with pita chips, bagel chips, pretzels, and/or veggies.
