Ingredients

  • 8 rolls Hawaiian Rolls
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Herb Butter
  • 1/2 cup Chipotle Aioli
  • 8 eggs Eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Prepare the garlic and herb butter by mixing minced garlic with softened herb butter in a small bowl.
  3. Prepare the chipotle aioli by mixing chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with mayonnaise in another bowl.
  4. Toast the Hawaiian rolls by baking them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Scramble the eggs in the preheated skillet and set aside.
  6. Assemble the sliders by spreading a layer of herb butter on the bottom bun, followed by a scrambled egg, a dollop of chipotle aioli, and finally the top bun.
  7. Serve the breakfast sliders immediately and enjoy!
  8. Consider adding cheese, bacon, or sausage to the sliders for added flavor.
  9. For an extra crispy bun, grill the sliders in a panini press for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Let the sliders cool for a minute or two before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
