Cookies and Cream Overnight Weetbix

Ingredients

  • 2 biscuits Weet-Bix
  • 0.53 oz vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 0.5 banana
  • 5 3/5 oz yoghurt
  • 0.35 oz white chocolate
  • 0.51 fl oz milk
  • 1 Oreo cookie

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, crush 2 Weet-Bix biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Add 15g of vanilla protein powder to the crushed Weet-Bix and mix well.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup of milk and mix until the Weet-Bix is well coated and the mixture is evenly moistened.
  4. Flatten the Weet-Bix mixture into the bottom of a container to create the base layer.
  5. Slice 1/2 banana and layer it on top of the Weet-Bix base.
  6. Spoon 140g of yoghurt over the banana slices, making sure to cover the entire surface.
  7. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt 10g of white chocolate in 20-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  8. Add 15ml of milk and 20g of yoghurt to the melted white chocolate and mix until well combined.
  9. Remove the cream filling from 1 Oreo cookie and crush the biscuit into fine crumbs.
  10. Add the crushed Oreo biscuit to the white chocolate mixture and mix until the crumbs are evenly distributed.
  11. Layer the white chocolate and Oreo mixture on top of the yoghurt layer.
  12. Refrigerate the Cookies and Cream Overnight Weetbix for at least 15 minutes or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
  13. Once chilled, serve and enjoy your delicious and healthy breakfast treat.
