Cookies and Cream Overnight Weetbix

Ingredients
- 2 biscuits Weet-Bix
- 0.53 oz vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 0.5 banana
- 5 3/5 oz yoghurt
- 0.35 oz white chocolate
- 0.51 fl oz milk
- 1 Oreo cookie
Instructions
- In a large bowl, crush 2 Weet-Bix biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Add 15g of vanilla protein powder to the crushed Weet-Bix and mix well.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of milk and mix until the Weet-Bix is well coated and the mixture is evenly moistened.
- Flatten the Weet-Bix mixture into the bottom of a container to create the base layer.
- Slice 1/2 banana and layer it on top of the Weet-Bix base.
- Spoon 140g of yoghurt over the banana slices, making sure to cover the entire surface.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt 10g of white chocolate in 20-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth.
- Add 15ml of milk and 20g of yoghurt to the melted white chocolate and mix until well combined.
- Remove the cream filling from 1 Oreo cookie and crush the biscuit into fine crumbs.
- Add the crushed Oreo biscuit to the white chocolate mixture and mix until the crumbs are evenly distributed.
- Layer the white chocolate and Oreo mixture on top of the yoghurt layer.
- Refrigerate the Cookies and Cream Overnight Weetbix for at least 15 minutes or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Once chilled, serve and enjoy your delicious and healthy breakfast treat.
