Method
Spread salted butter on the inside faces of the bread slices (visible spreading of yellow butter onto the inner surfaces).
Spread a generous layer of green chutney on the buttered bread slices.
Place sliced potato pieces on the chutney‑covered bread.
Add sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, sliced tomato, and sliced green bell pepper on top of the potato.
Lay cheese slices over the vegetables.
Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and chaat masala (sprinkling of seasoning shown on screen).
Sprinkle shredded yellow cheese over the layered vegetables.
Place the second butter‑and‑chutney‑coated bread slice on top to form a sandwich.
Press the sandwich gently to compact the layers.
Melt butter in a hot pan (black pan) and place the assembled sandwich in the pan.
Add an extra slice of white bread on top of the sandwich filling inside the pan and press down.
Cook, pressing occasionally, until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping as needed.
After grilling, spread a little extra green chutney on the top slice and sprinkle any remaining seasoning.
