Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 cup pickles
  • 1/8 cup onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • onion powder
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp relish
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Mix well with your hands or a wooden spoon until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Flatten each ball slightly into a disk shape.
  4. Place the disks into a muffin tin, leaving about 1/2 inch of space between each bite.
  5. Bake the Big Mac Bites in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned on the outside.
  6. While the bites are baking, prepare the Big Mac Sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  7. Once the bites are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  8. Drizzle the Big Mac Sauce over the warm bites and serve immediately.
  9. Enjoy your delicious Big Mac Bites!
