Big Mac Bites

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/8 cup pickles
- 1/8 cup onions
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
- onion powder
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp relish
- paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Mix well with your hands or a wooden spoon until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Flatten each ball slightly into a disk shape.
- Place the disks into a muffin tin, leaving about 1/2 inch of space between each bite.
- Bake the Big Mac Bites in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned on the outside.
- While the bites are baking, prepare the Big Mac Sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
- Once the bites are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Drizzle the Big Mac Sauce over the warm bites and serve immediately.
