Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 pounds chicken
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cups parmesan
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the grated parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the parmesan sauce and toss to combine.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and toss to combine with the pasta and parmesan sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
