Ingredients

1/2 cup Olive oil

2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup Chopped fresh dill
to taste Salt
to taste Black pepper
1/2 cup Feta cheese
1/2 cup Chopped Kalamata olives

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Stir in the chopped parsley, dill, feta cheese, and olives.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled or at room temperature with pita chips, crackers, or vegetables.
