Macaroni and Cheese
A family heirloom recipe for creamy macaroni and cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 16 oz pasta (elbows), cooked
- 4 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk (12oz)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Add 4 tbsp of butter to baking dish and pop in the oven to melt.
- Cook pasta according to package.
- Add cooked pasta to hot baking dish, coating all the pasta in the melted butter.
- Mix in 2 cups of the shredded cheese, and stir to combine until melted and evenly coated.
- Whisk together the eggs, evaporated milk, mustard, salt and pepper, and heavy cream.
- Pour this mixture over the pasta.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
