Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 16 oz pasta (elbows), cooked
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk (12oz)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add 4 tbsp of butter to baking dish and pop in the oven to melt.
  3. Cook pasta according to package.
  4. Add cooked pasta to hot baking dish, coating all the pasta in the melted butter.
  5. Mix in 2 cups of the shredded cheese, and stir to combine until melted and evenly coated.
  6. Whisk together the eggs, evaporated milk, mustard, salt and pepper, and heavy cream.
  7. Pour this mixture over the pasta.
  8. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
