Method

  1. 1

In a bowl combine self‑raising flour, blended nutritional yeast, Italian herb seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.

  2. 2

Add low‑fat Greek yoghurt and mix until the mixture has a crumbly texture.

  3. 3

Knead the dough briefly, then divide it into eight equal balls.

  4. 4

Roll each ball out as thin and large as possible to form a personal pizza base.

  5. 5

Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. 6

Spread pizza sauce over the base, then top with low‑fat mozzarella cheese and the mini pepperoni slices.

  7. 7

Lightly spray the edges of the crust with cooking oil spray.

  8. 8

Preheat the oven to 400°F (390°F). Bake the pizzas in batches until the crust is golden brown and crispy, about 10–12 minutes per batch.

  9. 9

Allow the pizzas to cool, then wrap and store them in the refrigerator or freezer.

  10. 10

Reheat frozen pizzas in the oven or microwave when ready to eat.
