Ingredients
- 4 fillets cod
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Season the cod strips with salt and black pepper to taste.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the chili flakes to the garlic butter and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
- Stir in the lime juice, honey, and soy sauce to create the sweet chili lime sauce.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Place the cod strips on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Brush the garlic butter sauce evenly over the cod strips, making sure they are fully coated.
- Bake the cod strips in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through and flaky.
- Remove the cod from the oven and serve hot with additional sweet chili lime sauce if desired.
