Ingredients

  • 12 cubes sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Take pre-made sugar cookie dough cubes and place them into a mini muffin pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or according to the package directions.
  2. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for 2-3 minutes. Use a spoon or shot glass to create a cup shape in the center of each cookie.
  3. Leave the cookies in the pan and let them cool completely. To speed up the cooling process, you can place the muffin pan in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of softened butter, 1 1/4 cups of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Place the cream cheese mixture in the refrigerator to chill for at least 5 minutes.
  6. Once the cookies are completely cool, fill each cookie cup with the chilled cream cheese mixture.
  7. Top each cookie cup with chopped fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, or grapes.
  8. Serve the fruit pizza cups immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  9. Before serving, you can garnish the fruit pizza cups with additional fruit or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
  10. Enjoy your delicious and easy-to-make fruit pizza cups!
