Fruit Pizza Cups

Ingredients
- 12 cubes sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Take pre-made sugar cookie dough cubes and place them into a mini muffin pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or according to the package directions.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for 2-3 minutes. Use a spoon or shot glass to create a cup shape in the center of each cookie.
- Leave the cookies in the pan and let them cool completely. To speed up the cooling process, you can place the muffin pan in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of softened butter, 1 1/4 cups of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Place the cream cheese mixture in the refrigerator to chill for at least 5 minutes.
- Once the cookies are completely cool, fill each cookie cup with the chilled cream cheese mixture.
- Top each cookie cup with chopped fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, or grapes.
- Serve the fruit pizza cups immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Before serving, you can garnish the fruit pizza cups with additional fruit or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
