- 5Transfer the batter to a greased 20 × 20 cm (8 × 8 in) baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- 6Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.
- 7Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes.
- 8Dust the top generously with cacao powder before serving.
- 9Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
