Method

  1. 1

Pat the chicken breast dry, flatten it, and season both sides with taco seasoning.

  2. 2

Air‑fry the chicken at 400°F for 9 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

Make the creamy Taco Bell sauce by blending Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, Taco Bell fire sauce, and taco seasoning until smooth.

  4. 4

Chop the rested chicken into small pieces and combine with half of the creamy sauce.

  5. 5

Lay each pita flat, add 7 g cheese, one‑fifth of the chicken mixture, and another 7 g cheese; fold tightly shut.

  6. 6

Place the folded chalupas in the air fryer, add a ramekin on top to keep them sealed, and air‑fry at 400°F for 4 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  7. 7

Open the chalupas and top with pico de gallo, red onion, and romaine lettuce; enjoy.
