Method

  1. 1

Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Beef is no longer pink and has browned bits on the bottom. Break the meat into small crumbles as it cooks.

  2. 2

Add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 3–4 minutes.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Onions and peppers are softened and slightly translucent. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

Open the bag of Sweet Thai Chili Quest protein chips and spread them on a plate or in a shallow bowl.

  4. 4

Add the cooked beef, sautéed vegetables, and shredded cheese on top of the chips, mixing gently to combine.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Cheese begins to melt slightly from the heat of the beef and vegetables. Gently fold to distribute toppings evenly without crushing chips.

  5. 5

Drizzle the hot honey over the mixture and serve immediately.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Honey drizzles evenly over the mixture. Drizzle in a zigzag pattern for even coverage.
