Method
Heat a pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp ghee, then add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Onions turn translucent and edges brown. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
Add the chopped tomatoes, followed by salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika powder, tomato paste, and chopped green chilli; cook for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften and become mushy.
Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Tomatoes break down and mixture thickens. Press tomatoes with spatula to help them soften.
Crack the three eggs directly into the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables.
Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Eggs begin to set and combine. Stir continuously for even cooking.
Pour in 100 ml water, lower the heat, and mix thoroughly.
Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Mixture becomes saucy. Scrape bottom to incorporate all bits.
Evenly spread 3 tbsp cheese spread over the mixture.
Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Cheese spread melts into a smooth layer. Spread evenly for consistent coverage.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Steam rises and cheese is fully melted. Do not lift lid during simmering.
Remove the lid, garnish with fresh coriander, and serve hot.
Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Fresh coriander adds colour and aroma. Serve immediately while hot.
