  • 10 ingredients

10 minutes to prep. A bright, refreshing summer cocktail that blends strawberry‑infused gin with citrus, sweet simple syrup, and a splash of club soda. Aromatic bitters add depth, while a sugarcane fan and strawberry garnish give it a tropical, pool‑side vibe.

Amounts as PotteryBarn gives them. Metric converts supported weights and liquids, and oven temperatures; spoon measures and counts stay as written.

Method

  1. 1

Halve 24 fresh strawberries and place them in a sealable container with Tanqueray No. Ten gin; seal and let infuse for 24 hours.

  2. 2

Strain the infused gin to remove the strawberries.

  3. 3

Add 0.75 oz simple syrup, 0.5 oz orange liqueur, 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice, and a couple of dashes of aromatic bitters to a shaker.

  4. 4

Pour 1.25 oz of the strawberry‑infused gin into the shaker and add ice.

  5. 5

Shake gently to chill, then stir in club soda gently in the shaker to preserve carbonation.

  6. 6

Strain the mixture into a glass over fresh ice.

  7. 7

Garnish with a fan‑cut sugarcane stalk (or two) and a fresh strawberry.
