Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 package meatballs
  • 1 pound chicken
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon lemon
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 2 cups tomato
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the bacon from the pot and set aside.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pot and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the minced garlic to the pot and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  6. Add the chicken to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Add the shrimp to the pot and cook until pink and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Add the pasta, meatballs, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes to the pot.
  9. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a boil.
  10. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, until the pasta is al dente and the flavors have melded together, about 15-20 minutes.
  11. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  12. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese and crispy bacon.
