Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 package meatballs
- 1 pound chicken
- 1 pound shrimp
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon lemon
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cheese
- 2 cups tomato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the bacon from the pot and set aside.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the pot and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the pot and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the chicken to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the pot and cook until pink and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add the pasta, meatballs, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes to the pot.
- Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, until the pasta is al dente and the flavors have melded together, about 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese and crispy bacon.
