10 minutes to prep, 10 to cook. These homemade s'mores bars capture the classic campfire treat without any fire. Soft marshmallows are sandwiched between crunchy graham crackers, then dipped in rich melted chocolate and finished with colorful sprinkles, making a sweet snack or dessert.

Method

  1. 1

Lay out graham crackers, add a marshmallow (or marshmallow fluff), and top with another graham cracker to create a sandwich.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Sandwich holds together. Press gently to help the marshmallow stick.

  2. 2

If the sandwiches are not sticking together, place the sheet of sandwiches on a cookie sheet and bake in a 300°F oven for about 5 minutes, just until the marshmallows melt slightly and the sandwiches stick.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Marshmallows are slightly softened. Watch closely to avoid over-melting.

  3. 3

Let the sandwiches cool to room temperature.

  4. 4

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler, microwave, or mini crockpot until smooth.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Chocolate is smooth and fully melted. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

  5. 5

Dip each sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate, place on wax paper, sprinkle with sprinkles, and chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Chocolate coating is firm to the touch. Chill until chocolate is completely set.
