Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz paneer
- 0.42 cup milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop whey protein
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 100g of paneer, 100ml of milk, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of instant coffee, 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
- Add 1 scoop of whey protein to the blender.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until it's completely smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness or flavor as needed.
- Pour the mousse into a bowl or individual serving cups.
- Refrigerate the mousse for 1-2 hours, or until it's set and has a mousse-like consistency.
