Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz paneer
  • 0.42 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop whey protein

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine 100g of paneer, 100ml of milk, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of instant coffee, 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
  2. Add 1 scoop of whey protein to the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture on high speed until it's completely smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
  4. Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness or flavor as needed.
  5. Pour the mousse into a bowl or individual serving cups.
  6. Refrigerate the mousse for 1-2 hours, or until it's set and has a mousse-like consistency.
  7. Just before serving, dust the top of the mousse with a pinch of cocoa powder for a café-style finish.
