High Protein Calzone

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 2/5 oz cream cheese
- 1 2/5 oz mozzarella
- 3 slices ham
- 1 medium tomato
- 0.35 oz parmesan
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare the ingredients: flatten the chicken breast, slice the ham, and chop the tomato.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the chicken breast until it's finely chopped.
- On a piece of parchment paper, shape the blended chicken into a thin layer, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Spread the cream cheese over the chicken, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Add the sliced ham, chopped tomato, and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the cream cheese.
- Fold the parchment paper over the filling to form a calzone shape, pressing the edges to seal.
- Place the calzone on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam-side down.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top of the calzone.
- Bake the calzone in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the calzone from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
