High Protein Calzone

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 2/5 oz cream cheese
  • 1 2/5 oz mozzarella
  • 3 slices ham
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 0.35 oz parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare the ingredients: flatten the chicken breast, slice the ham, and chop the tomato.
  3. In a blender or food processor, blend the chicken breast until it's finely chopped.
  4. On a piece of parchment paper, shape the blended chicken into a thin layer, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Spread the cream cheese over the chicken, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Add the sliced ham, chopped tomato, and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the cream cheese.
  7. Fold the parchment paper over the filling to form a calzone shape, pressing the edges to seal.
  8. Place the calzone on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam-side down.
  9. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top of the calzone.
  10. Bake the calzone in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  11. Remove the calzone from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  12. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
