Grape Sorbet with Lime and Tajin

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup Green Grapes
  • 1 piece Lime
  • Tajin

Instructions

  1. Freeze the grapes overnight.
  2. Blend the frozen grapes in a food processor until smooth, scraping the sides and blending again a few times as needed.
  3. Scoop the sorbet into serving bowls.
  4. Top each serving with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and a sprinkle of Tajin.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
