Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized potatoes
- 1/2 cup oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (180°C).
- While the oil is heating up, prepare the potato slices by drying them with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the potato slices in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Fry the potatoes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried potatoes from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Sprinkle the fried potatoes with salt to taste.
- Serve the crunchy potato snack hot and enjoy!
- For an extra crispy snack, you can try baking the potato slices in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.
- Keep an eye on the potatoes while they are baking to ensure they do not burn.
