Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1 piece chilli
  • 4 piece pocket bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the corn, cheese, and chilli.
  3. Lay the pocket bread pieces on a flat surface.
  4. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the corn-cheese mixture onto one half of each pocket bread piece.
  5. Fold the other half over to enclose the filling, pressing the edges to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
