Ingredients
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 piece chilli
- 4 piece pocket bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the corn, cheese, and chilli.
- Lay the pocket bread pieces on a flat surface.
- Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the corn-cheese mixture onto one half of each pocket bread piece.
- Fold the other half over to enclose the filling, pressing the edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
