Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 14 oz Chicken Breast
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1/4 cup Green Onions
- 1 piece White Onion
- 1 piece Red Pepper
- 1/2 cup Carrots
- 6 oz Linguine
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sweetener
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the garlic, green onions, white onion, red pepper, and carrots.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and sweetener.
- Stir-fry everything together for 1-2 minutes or until the noodles are well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
