Ingredients

  • 14 oz Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions
  • 1 piece White Onion
  • 1 piece Red Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Carrots
  • 6 oz Linguine
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sweetener

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the garlic, green onions, white onion, red pepper, and carrots.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and sweetener.
  6. Stir-fry everything together for 1-2 minutes or until the noodles are well coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
