Method

  1. 1

Wash the lemons thoroughly and trim off the ends.

  2. 2

Place the whole lemons (including peel) into a blender together with the coconut milk and maple syrup.

  3. 3

Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and the lemon zest is fully incorporated.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Lemon peel is fully incorporated into the smooth blend.

  4. 4

Pour the blended mixture into an ice‑cube tray, spreading it evenly.

  5. 5

Freeze the tray for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the cubes are solid.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Cubes are solid enough to release from the tray.

  6. 6

Remove the frozen lemon cubes from the tray and return them to the blender.

  7. 7

Blend again until the cubes break down and the mixture becomes creamy and smooth, resembling soft‑serve ice cream.

Kitchen notes · Added by ReelsMeals: Frozen cubes blend into a creamy, soft-serve texture.

  8. 8

Serve the lemon ice cream immediately, optionally garnished with a thin lemon zest or a drizzle of extra maple syrup.
