Method

Lazy Ramen

  1. 1

Add sliced shiitake mushrooms to a simmering orange broth, then add dry noodles and let them cook, followed by bok choy; stir and serve.

Tuna Rice Bowl

  1. 2

Place white rice into a container over a base of flaky tuna, then lay a nori sheet on top.

Flatbread Wrap

  1. 3

Grill the flatbread on a contact grill until lightly browned, spread white sauce with herbs, add shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, cucumber, and red onion, drizzle red sauce, then wrap the flatbread in parchment paper.

Bibimbap Style Bowl

  1. 4

Arrange fried egg, spinach, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and shredded carrots in a rice cooker pot, then pour red sauce over the assembled ingredients.

Tips while you cook

Add noodles after broth simmers
When making Lazy Ramen, add the noodles only after the broth is actively simmering.
Grill flatbread before sauces
For the Flatbread Wrap, grill the flatbread until lightly browned before spreading sauces.
Arrange toppings before sauce
In the Bibimbap‑Style Bowl, arrange all toppings before pouring red sauce.
