Marinated Grilled Chicken with Mojo Rojo Sauce
This marinated grilled chicken paired with a vibrant mojo rojo sauce delivers a smoky, tangy, and slightly sweet flavor profile. The yogurt-based marinade tenderizes the meat while the sauce’s charred peppers add depth and heat. A quick, impressive dish perfect for a family dinner or entertaining guests.
