- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Instructions
- 1Heat the ghee and oil together in a large pan over medium heat.
- 2Add the whole garam masala and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
- 3Stir in the finely chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies; fry for about 1 minute.
- 4Add the chicken keema, breaking it up with a spoon, and fry for 5 minutes until it changes color.
- 5In a separate pot, boil the onion and nuts in 240 ml of water for 2 minutes, then transfer to a blender.
- 6Blend the boiled onion, nuts, and yogurt together until a smooth paste forms.
- 7Pour the blended mixture into the pan with the chicken and stir well.
- 8Add cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, and salt; mix thoroughly.
- 9Cook the mixture for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the spices to integrate.
- 10Add a splash of water (if needed) and simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 11Finish by stirring in the fresh cream, crushed kasuri methi, and chopped coriander leaves.
