Method

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (390°F).

  2. 2

Separate 150 g of egg whites and beat them with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form and the mixture becomes fluffy and creamy.

  3. 3

Lightly grease a large baking pan or mold, then spread the whipped egg whites evenly to form a thin crust.

  4. 4

Bake the egg‑white crust in the preheated oven for 5–10 minutes, or until it is set and lightly golden.

  5. 5

Remove the crust from the oven and spread the 50 g of zero‑calorie ketchup evenly over the surface.

  6. 6

Sprinkle the 50 g of light shredded cheese and the 50 g of cooked ham over the ketchup layer.

  7. 7

Season the pizza with garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano to taste.

  8. 8

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the toppings are heated through.

  9. 9

Allow the pizza to cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve hot.

Tips while you cook

Beat egg whites to stiff peaks
Use an electric mixer to whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks before spreading.
Grease pan before spreading crust
Lightly grease the baking pan or mold to prevent the egg‑white crust from sticking.
Bake crust before adding toppings
Bake the egg‑white crust until set and lightly golden before spreading ketchup and toppings.
Cool briefly before slicing
Allow the pizza to cool for a couple of minutes after the final bake to make slicing easier.
