Method

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (375°F).

  2. 2

Tear the chicken breast into bite‑size pieces and place them in a large glass baking dish.

  3. 3

Add cherry tomatoes, chopped sun‑dried tomatoes, peeled garlic cloves, the 8 oz block of reduced‑fat cream cheese, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, black pepper, and olive oil to the dish. Toss everything together until the chicken is well coated.

  4. 4

Bake for 25‑30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.

  5. 5

Remove the dish from the oven and shred the cooked chicken pieces with a spatula, mixing them into the creamy sauce.

  6. 6

Layer the dry protein pasta (bow‑tie shape) over the shredded chicken and sauce mixture.

  7. 7

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the pasta layer.

  8. 8

Toss the pasta, cheese, and chicken sauce together until the pasta is coated and the cheese begins to melt; add a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.

  9. 9

Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, then garnish with fresh basil if desired.

  10. 10

Serve hot and enjoy a high‑protein, low‑calorie dinner.
