Method

  1. 1

Heat a very hot pan and brown the ground beef, stirring until it develops a deep, caramelized flavor.

  2. 2

Add the diced onion, grated ginger, and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

  3. 3

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for a minute to deepen its flavor.

  4. 4

Add the diced tomatoes, carrot, green and yellow bell peppers, then sprinkle in the curry powder, paprika, salt, and sugar.

  5. 5

Mix in the Royco cube, water, and soy sauce; bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and let the sauce simmer until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened.

  6. 6

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, tossing to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce; cook for another 2–3 minutes so the spaghetti finishes cooking in the sauce.

  7. 7

Just before serving, stir in the chopped coriander for a fresh, vibrant finish.

  8. 8

Serve hot, optionally garnished with extra coriander.
