Chinese New Year's Dumplings
A traditional Chinese New Year's dish, these dumplings are filled with a mixture of pork, ginger, garlic, and scallions. They are boiled and served with a dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Dough
- 1 lb Pork
- 2 inch Ginger
- 3 Garlic
- 1 Scallions
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Combine flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Gradually add warm water to the flour mixture and knead for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each ball into a thin circle.
- Place a tablespoon of pork mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal the dumpling.
- Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the dumplings for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve the dumplings with your favorite dipping sauce.
