Method
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain.
Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Heat oil in a skillet and cook the chicken pieces until done, about five minutes per side.
Add chopped onion and sliced bell pepper to the skillet and sauté briefly.
Stir in 2 cups chicken broth, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, and 1 can Rotel; mix well.
Add 10 oz Velveeta cheese and let it melt into a creamy sauce; season with Tony's seasoning to taste.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, then add the cooked spaghetti and toss to coat; if the sauce is thin, add more spaghetti until the desired consistency is reached.
Transfer half of the spaghetti mixture to a baking dish, layer with Kobe jack and mozzarella cheese, then add the remaining spaghetti and top with more cheese.
Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy, creamy chicken spaghetti.
