Method
Chop the green apples and place them in a bowl; squeeze fresh lemon juice over them and let soak to prevent browning.
Crush the pretzels.
Melt the milk chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave in 30‑second intervals, stirring between, and warm the caramel.
Spread the melted chocolate onto a parchment‑lined baking sheet.
Top with the crushed pretzels and soaked apple pieces, then drizzle with warm caramel and the extra melted chocolate.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours until set.
