Avocado-Based Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • optional sesame seeds
  • 1 cream cheese
  • 1 hummus
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • 1 mayonnaise
  • to taste veggies
  • optional chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Add the avocado, eggs, lemon juice, and salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray and spread it into a thin, even layer.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if using.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set and lightly golden.
  6. Let it cool slightly.
  7. Prepare your desired filling by mixing and matching cream cheese, hummus, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, veggies, and chicken.
  8. Add your favorite filling on top of the cooled avocado mixture.
  9. Roll it up like a wrap.
  10. Slice if needed.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
