Avocado-Based Wrap
A delicious and healthy avocado-based wrap filled with a variety of creamy and crunchy ingredients, perfect for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- to taste salt
- optional sesame seeds
- 1 cream cheese
- 1 hummus
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 1 mayonnaise
- to taste veggies
- optional chicken
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Add the avocado, eggs, lemon juice, and salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray and spread it into a thin, even layer.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if using.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set and lightly golden.
- Let it cool slightly.
- Prepare your desired filling by mixing and matching cream cheese, hummus, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, veggies, and chicken.
- Add your favorite filling on top of the cooled avocado mixture.
- Roll it up like a wrap.
- Slice if needed.
- Serve and enjoy.
