- 5If desired, add 2–3 g of turmeric, 100 g of carrot, and 100 g of beetroot; blend until the vegetables are fully pureed.
- 6Filter the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
- 7Serve the drink chilled or at room temperature.
