Ingredients
- 1 cups sourdough discard
- 1 cups shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoons pickle seasoning
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoons yeast
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 cups sugar
- 2 eggs eggs
- 1 cups chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together sourdough discard, shredded cheese, melted butter, and pickle seasoning until well combined.
- Thinly spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven and score the mixture into cracker shapes.
- Return the tray to the oven and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the crackers are crispy and golden brown.
- While the crackers are baking, prepare the pizza dough by combining flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and eggs in a large bowl.
- Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Split the dough into four equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
- Place the dough balls in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, remove the dough balls from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out each dough ball into a thin circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Top each circle with your favorite pizza toppings and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are cooked through.
- To make the discard brownies, combine sourdough discard, chocolate, sugar, and eggs in a large bowl.
- Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
- Bake the brownies in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
