- 1Combine yogurt, ginger‑garlic paste, chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, shahi zeera, salt, fried onions, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, saffron‑infused milk, oil, ghee, and the blended almonds, cashews, coconut, cardamom, and cinnamon in a large bowl; add the chicken pieces and mix until every piece is thoroughly coated.
