Ingredients
- 2 cans drained sweet corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 0.5 stick butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- cheddar cheese
- 1 large scoop sour cream
- 1/4 cup Jiffy Cornbread
- garlic powder to taste
- onion powder to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix together.
- Pour in a baking dish and top with 1-2 cups shredded cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
