Ingredients
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and granulated sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into individual serving cups or a large serving dish.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.
- Just before serving, use a kitchen torch to caramelize the top of the dessert, if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
