Ingredients

  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and granulated sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into individual serving cups or a large serving dish.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.
  6. Just before serving, use a kitchen torch to caramelize the top of the dessert, if desired.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
