Method

  1. 1

Peel, wash, and cube the potatoes.

  2. 2

Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; season to taste.

  3. 3

Air‑fry the potatoes at 400°F for 20‑25 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking.

  4. 4

    Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  5. 5

Heat a skillet over medium‑high heat, add the ground beef, and brown it, then drain any excess grease.

  6. 6

Season the beef with salt, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika, dried cilantro, and black pepper; add the minced garlic and stir well.

  7. 7

Combine the cooked potatoes and seasoned beef in the skillet, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

  8. 8

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake until the cheese melts, about 5‑7 minutes.

  9. 9

Remove from the oven, pour the warmed white queso over the mixture, and top with sour cream and chopped cilantro.
