Cozy Fall Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/10 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 8 4/5 oz Peas
  • 2 Carrots
  • 4 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Gravy
  • a pinch Salt
  • a pinch Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook ground beef in a pan until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
  3. Add onion, peas, and carrots to the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in gravy and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Top with mashed potatoes and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.
